Partner Randy Zromkoski Serves on Valpo Chamber Executive Committee
The Valpo Chamber Board of Directors named Partner/Attorney Randall J. Zromkoski its Treasurer and member of the Executive Committee for 2013. Mr. Zromkoski has served on the Chamber’s Board of Directors since January 2010. Mr. Zromkoski practices in the areas of Workers' Compensation and Social Security disability law.
Attorney Nathan Vis Elected Vice President Cedar Lake Redevelopment Commission
Attorney Nathan Vis was elected to serve as Vice President of the Cedar Lake Redevelopment Commission on January 14, 2013, after being appointed to serve on the Commission in September 2012. Nathan joined Blachly, Tabor, Bozik and Hartman as an associate attorney in 2012 and practices in the areas of business, real estate, municipal, and personal injury/civil litigation law.

Firm Feted for 50th Anniversary
Partner David Hollenbeck accepted an award from the Greater Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce at its Annual Dinner for in recognition of the 50th anniversary for Blachly, Tabor, Bozik & Hartman LLC. Hollenbeck reminded the audience of 400 chamber members that Quentin Blachly and Glenn Tabor began the law practice as a small firm in Downtown Valparaiso in 1961 to serve its clients and community with honor and integrity.

Angelica Schultis is an associate in the firm’s Social Security Disability law section. An accredited attorney with the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, she is also a Veteran’s Disability advocate. Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Ms. Schultis previously practiced Social Security Disability law and Veteran’s Disability with a multi-state law firm.

Membership in the Academy is open to licensed attorneys who are practicing in the area of Elder Law or who are interested in legal issues pertaining to the elderly.
Partner Wins $3.5 Million Judgment
Jeffrey S. Wrage, a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist – NBTA with Blachly, Tabor, Bozik & Hartman LLC, won a $3.5 judgment against State Farm Insurance Company in an underinsured motorist case. The verdict and award came in from the jury on March 3, 2011 in Judge Roger Bradford’s court.

Attorneys, staff and family members continued its annual tradition of ringing the bell for the Salvation Army at the JC Penny store in Valparaiso in December. “This has been part of our firm’s ‘family tradition’ of helping other families in need during the holidays by ringing the bell and raising money,” said Partner Randall J. The Westville Town Board has appointed Randall J. Zromkoski an honorary citizen of the Town of Westville, Indiana, recognizing 22 years of service to its citizens as town attorney.
