Firm Feted for 50th Anniversary

Partner David Hollenbeck accepted an award from the Greater Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce at its Annual Dinner for in recognition of the 50th anniversary for Blachly, Tabor, Bozik & Hartman LLC. Hollenbeck reminded the audience of 400 chamber members that Quentin Blachly and Glenn Tabor began the law practice as a small firm in Downtown Valparaiso in 1961 to serve its clients and community with honor and integrity.

Attorneys Join Firm

Angelica Schultis is an associate in the firm’s Social Security Disability law section. An accredited attorney with the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, she is also a Veteran’s Disability advocate. Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Ms. Schultis previously practiced Social Security Disability law and Veteran’s Disability with a multi-state law firm.

Local Attorney Joins National Academy

Partner Wins $3.5 Million Judgment

Jeffrey S. Wrage, a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist – NBTA with Blachly, Tabor, Bozik & Hartman LLC, won a $3.5 judgment against State Farm Insurance Company in an underinsured motorist case. The verdict and award came in from the jury on March 3, 2011 in Judge Roger Bradford’s court.

Attorneys, staff and family members continued its annual tradition of ringing the bell for the Salvation Army at the JC Penny store in Valparaiso in December. “This has been part of our firm’s ‘family tradition’ of helping other families in need during the holidays by ringing the bell and raising money,” said Partner Randall J. Zromkoski Given Honorary Citizen Status

The Westville Town Board has appointed Randall J. Zromkoski an honorary citizen of the Town of Westville, Indiana, recognizing 22 years of service to its citizens as town attorney.

Denny is a graduate of Chesterton High School, Purdue NorthCentral, and received his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Denny served as a Deputy Prosecutor in Lake County where he tried cases ranging from traffic violations to felonies including murder..
