Ethan Lowe Attorney

Ethan Lowe is an associate in the firm’s Civil Litigation, Municipal Law, Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration sections.

Mr. Lowe represents numerous businesses and individuals in commercial litigation involving real estate, contracts and construction related disputes.  He also represents several of the firm’s municipal clients including the Historic Preservation Commission and the Plan Commission of the City of Valparaiso.   

Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Mr. Lowe was previously associated with a general practice firm located in Chesterton, Indiana, and assisted in representing the Town of Chesterton and all of its boards, including the town council, utility service board and board of zoning appeals.  Admitted to practice in both state and federal courts (Northern District) in the State of Indiana, Mr. Lowe is a 2004 graduate of Indiana School of Law – Indianapolis and a 2001 graduate of Purdue University, West Lafayette.  

Born in Rhode Island, Mr. Lowe was raised in Valparaiso, Indiana, and graduated from Valparaiso High School in 1997. Mr. Lowe’s community activities include serving on the board of directors for Family House, Inc.  Mr. Lowe is also a graduate of the Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce Leadership Academy.
