| Attorney Tracey S. Wetzstein is an associate in the firm’s litigation and Social Security disability benefits sections. An experienced trial attorney, she was previously associated with plaintiffs’ trial firms in Valparaiso and Hammond, Indiana.
An advocate for injured people, she has spent her career successfully litigating cases involving automobile, semi-truck, railroad and construction accidents, carbon monoxide poisonings and products liability.
Admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Indiana and Illinois, Ms. Wetzstein is a 1998 Honors Graduate of Valparaiso University School of Law and a 1991 graduate of the Honors Program of the Institute of International Studies at Bradley University, where she was a National Merit Scholar and a national finalist as a member of Bradley’s speech team.
Born in Oklahoma, Ms. Wetzstein was raised in East Peoria, Illinois, where she graduated as Valedictorian from East Peoria Community High School.
She and her husband, James, Associate University Pastor and Associate Dean of the Chapel of the Resurrection at Valparaiso University, are the parents of one child. Together they actively support the arts and children’s art education programs through South Shore Arts. |
