Thomas F. Macke - Attorney at Law

President of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, Tom Macke, is an attorney/ partner at Blachly, Tabor, Bozik and Hartman and a zealous plaintiffs' advocate who has tried hundreds of cases. As a trial lawyer admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and Indiana 's state and federal courts, Mr. Macke believes his primary responsibility is to stand between injured individuals and wealthy corporate entities and to hold people responsible for their own actions.

Following in the footsteps of one of his firm's founding partners, Glenn J. Tabor, who was ITLA president in 1989-90, Mr. Macke works to involve Indiana attorneys in protecting the state's civil justice system by opposing laws which can produce unjust, harsh or oppressive decisions.

Mr. Macke's previous 12 years of service to the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association included managing editor of publications, chairman of the management committee and executive committee member.

A native of Fort Wayne , Indiana and a 1972 graduate of that city's Concordia Lutheran High School , Mr. Macke has served as congregation president at Valparaiso 's Christ Lutheran Church and as president of Valparaiso Jaycees. He has been a youth sports coach in basketball, baseball, soccer, football and tennis.
